Every Monday we will try our best to thoroughly communicate with you and give you the most transparent status updates about your orders !

We want to be as transparent as possible with you so we are both on the same page. So you have an accurate understanding of your order in case of any delays throughout the production or customs process. 

Please note for all pre-orders that our manufacturers are overseas, so shipping times after production are usually 5–14 days. 

Once all items have been delivered to us, you will receive an email containing your tracking number !
