ONYX TERMS AND CONDITIONS & ORDER POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Onyx. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the full terms and conditions & Order policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing products from Onyx, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At Onyx, we are devoted to offering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you've received an incorrect size or item or the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We inspect our products thoroughly before shipping to minimize the chances of this happening. You also agree and understand that some orders may take longer than the expected delivery time, mainly pre-ordered products. Please be advised that the usual wait time for delivery for pre-orders once your order is placed can take 4–8 weeks. For all pre-made orders the usual wait time for delivery once your order has been shipped is no longer than 5–14 days. If there is any delays, we would let you know on our order status page.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately at shoponyxca@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence of the damage. We will review your case, and if the damage is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement. Please do not return any items without contacting us first. We do not offer refunds for any damaged item, we will only send a replacement or provide you with store credit, which you can use for future purchases. By understanding this, you agree to not, chargeback, dispute or recall your funds by your bank for the reason of "Product Unacceptable" or any other related reason. Failure to uphold your end of this agreement will result in the loss of your bank dispute, and you agree to let Onyx win the counter dispute that we will send to your bank.

 

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues. We will assume that you no longer want or need the package. After 14 days from the date the package is returned to us, if you have not contacted us via email at shoponyxca@gmail.com to arrange for re-shipment or address correction, we will consider the transaction complete and take no further action.
